退費須簽和解書 胖達人惹怨

胖達人麵包添加香料色素，風波延燒1個多月，全省店家10月1日起開放退費，消費者除了得攜帶發票和身分證之外，要退費前還得簽署「退費和解書」，引發不少退費民眾反彈，因為上頭得留下名字、身分證字號和地址，而且簽署後，就不得再有任何的「民事請求」，民眾說，感受不到胖達人的誠意。

胖達人麵包退費第一天，消費者交出發票後，想拿到錢，得先經過這一關，店員拿出「退費和解書」，白紙黑字簽下名，民眾首先得保證，沒有參與消費者團體訴訟求償，也願意拋棄一切民事請求權，再來還得留下身分證和住址，不但涉及個資法，麻煩的流程，也惹惱一早退費民眾。

退費才第一天，「和解書」就已經先卡關，胖達人從10月1日開始退費到11月底，一共2個月時間，還限定時段，禮拜一到禮拜六，上午11點到晚上7點30分，才能進行退費。

消基會方面，目前已經有442件團體訴訟，要是胖達人退費不如預期，將考慮延長收件期限，開放更多人加入團訟，胖達人廣告不實，雪球滾了1個多月，退費能不能挽回形象，有待考驗。
