如何知道擔保受益人有無行使權

各位達人:

您好~

想請您賜教如下:

在訴訟結束後, 敗訴的一方因為當初有假扣押被告一些金額~
並且自己也有擔保金在法院~

因為案子結束, 就有寄存證信函請勝訴方行使權利看有沒損失~
對方已簽收存證信函回來在20日內行使~

請問那要怎麼知道對方有無行使權利呢?
如果有行使, 是法院會通知敗訴的一方對方行使內容嗎?還是法院就自己默默的裁定勝訴方要求要扣多少損失...然後就定鐸從擔保金扣除...事先都不通知敗訴方呀?
