兩岸投保協議 公布爭端解決機構

經濟部今天表示，據「海峽兩岸投資保障和促進協議」的規定，雙方應於協議生效後交換相關名單及聯繫窗口，今天兩會依協議規定進行「兩岸投資爭端解決機構」及「代位機構」等名單的換文工作。

依兩會換文內容，兩岸投資爭端解決機構名單部分，我方調解機構，包括：「中華仲裁協會」、「中華工程仲裁協會」、「台灣營建仲裁協會」等3家。

陸方名單則包括：「中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會」（含北京、華南、上海、西南、山東、江蘇、湖北等辦事處），以及「中國國際貿易促進委員會」調解中心（含北京、廈門、浙江、廣東、福建、湖南、陝西等中心）等2機構。

代位機構名單部分，我方由「中國輸出入銀行」擔任，陸方則由「中國出口信用保險公司」擔任。另，雙方換文內容尚包括工作機制聯繫窗口名單等。
