內蒙高官楊漢中受賄四千餘萬被判死緩

宣判後，楊漢中當庭表示不上訴。

內蒙古自治區黨委政法委原副書記楊漢中受賄罪和濫用職權罪一案周一（30日）在包頭市中級人民法院一審宣判，被告人楊漢中犯受賄罪、濫用職權罪，數罪並罰決定執行死刑，緩期二年執行。

中新社報道，59歲的楊漢中利用職務上的便利，伙同其妻子、弟弟、情婦、司機等人先後49次非法收受和索取19人給予的財物共計人民幣4037餘萬元。

法院認為，楊漢中身為國家工作人員，其行為已構成受賄罪，且數額特別巨大，情節特別嚴重，依法應予嚴懲。

法院還認為，鑒於楊漢中具有坦白情節，認罪態度較好，且能夠積極退回大部分非法所得的款物，具有悔罪表現，可以對其酌情從輕處罰；楊漢中並有檢舉他人違紀線索的立功情節，可以對其從輕處罰。

宣判後，楊漢中當庭表示不上訴。
