立法院院會今（21）日三讀通過「大眾捷運法部份條文修正案」，規定大眾捷運站區內應提供免費充電服務。另外，民眾若在月台上嬉戲、跨越黃色警戒線，或在電扶梯上不按遵行方向行走或奔跑，或有影響作業秩序及行車安全的行為，不聽勸止者，將處以新台幣1,500元以上、7,500元以下罰鍰。
由於已進入電子化時代，民眾多使用手機、電腦，老人或身心障礙者也以電動輪椅代步，但過去曾有民眾利用捷運站內的插座替手機充電，被台北捷運公司以竊盜罪追究，引發討論。
依據立法院院會今日三讀通過的「大眾捷運法部份條文修正案」，規定大眾捷運站區應免費提供充電服務，未來將可避免類似情事再度發生。
本次修法也增訂，凡冒用不符身份車票乘車者，除了補繳票價，還要支付票價50倍的違約金，至於民眾若在月台上嬉戲、跨越黃色警戒線，或在電扶梯上不按遵行方向行走或奔跑，或有影響作業秩序及行車安全的行為，不聽勸止者，將處以新台幣1,500元以上、7,500元以下罰鍰。
