摘要：台電每年編列來開發電力設施的協助金30多億元，運用不當，遭到糾正。監察院調查發現台電開發電力的這項30多億元的協助金，有的用來辦觀光旅遊以及餐敘，還有用來補助基隆市一級主管健檢費用，已到了只要"開口就給錢"的地步，監察院認為不符合常情，浪費公帑，通過糾正台電。
