洪案衛兵司令出庭　證稱陳嘉祥有求救

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園地方法院今天審理洪中丘案，傳訊當時在禁閉室外頭負責營區大門的衛兵司令楊姓士官，他表示7月3日下午洪中丘昏倒時，他正在禁閉室的軍械室旁準備繳回彈藥，聽見管理士陳嘉祥大喊有禁閉生昏倒，他就馬上打電話給衛生連，連絡醫官和救護車前來。

他說，當時洪仲丘神智不清，緊抓著1名管理士的手，陳嘉祥等人有拿急救箱和氣喘噴劑等進行救護，後來醫官來了診斷約3至5分鐘，隨即後送醫院急救。
