海大觀測 東北角珊瑚產卵

海洋大學校長張清風所率領的研究團隊，近日在鼻頭角附近海域進行夜間珊瑚調查時發現，多種菊珊瑚終於產卵，較今年台灣南部墾丁海域珊瑚產卵時間整整晚了三個月。

進行這項珊瑚產卵野外調查的博士生陳倢蓁，7月19日開始在東北角海域進行為期10天的夜潛觀察，每天下午4時觀察到半夜12時。陳倢蓁說，一開始前五天都沒有發現產卵現象，一度想要放棄，所幸最後終於觀察到第一顆珊瑚卵排出，讓他有繼續堅持下去的動力。
