高興昌 減資174.83億元

成立於民國55年的鋼鐵冷軋、鋼管老廠高興昌(2008)，昨日董事會決議辦理現金減資174.83億元，每股退還3.5元，即原股東每千股可退還3500元，消息傳來，激勵股價一開盤即衝上票面10元，換手量也較前一日激增8、9倍。但終場翻跌1.34%。

高興昌為股票市場的老牌資產股，坐擁南高雄數萬坪土地，有的位於高雄精華市區，有的位於這幾年被建商炒得火熱的高雄美術館附近，由於這幾年出售不少房地產，使得公司擁有的現金部位逼近60億元，每股貢獻度約12元，因此，決議辦理現金減資，把多餘的現金選還給股東。
