【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】日本千葉縣在今年9月發生一起火災，但當地一名消防隊長睡過頭，導致晚5分鐘出勤救災。這名消防隊長以及其他3名相關高層，目前都遭受到處分。

據了解，由於這名消防隊長睡過頭，導致消防車和化學車晚出動5分鐘。消防人員趕到火場後不久，火勢已經控制，但是有一名78歲老翁死亡，其妻受重傷。雖然消防隊稱晚出動和老翁死亡沒直接關係，但相關高層仍受到處分。
