不實切結溢領雙薪　陳紹興遭解聘

【陳威廷／台北報導】國家太空中心前副主任陳紹興因不實切結溢領雙薪，被國家實驗研究院控告涉嫌詐欺及意圖使公務員登載不實，並提告追討溢領薪資720萬元後，上周五國研院再依違反工作契約解聘。國研院表示，軍公教退休人員轉任政府捐助財團法人禁止領雙薪，陳紹興卻長期不實切結、溢領雙薪，涉案情節重大，人事甄審委員會才會開鍘，並要求馬上辦理離職手續，陳紹興若不服，可在2個月內申訴。

國研院調查，陳紹興自2003年起每個月領取國防部6萬多元月退俸，在國研院歷次調查時，卻切結聲明沒有領月退俸，每月照領太空中心20萬元薪資，溢領雙薪長達10年。

陳紹興中午接到記者查證電話時連連回答：「沒有、沒有。」記者追問：「是沒領雙薪或沒有回應？」陳紹興才答：「沒有回應。」隨後掛斷電話。
