4G簡訊通報災害　20秒搞定全島

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）主祕翁柏宗31日表示，4G上路後，台灣本島民眾可以透過「細胞廣播」功能，在20至30秒間收到災害緊急簡訊。

NCC官員表示，目前的緊急簡訊是以「區域廣播」技術發送，每分鐘只能發送2千封。

官員說，將要求4G業者系統設備，以及手機送驗，都要具備「細胞廣播」功能，未來緊急簡訊的發送，除了針對特定區域，也能一次發送到全國。
