台新金聲明 暫緩彰銀整併研究案

台新金控今晚發布聲明，鑑於金管會新任主委曾銘宗即將就任，各界期待政府積極規劃金融整併，台新金控將放緩台新銀和彰銀合併研究的計畫。

台新金控指出，期待政府提升金融服務業的國際競爭力，提出金融整併方案，也能就台新銀和彰銀合併案一同納入整體考量，在合理、公開的金融監理下，期望合併計畫能在合法的程序下執行，達到政府、股東和銀行三贏的結果。

台新金控表示，本週五的董事會，台新金控將不會提出任何有關「合併」或「合併研究」的議題。
