快訊！中信金7.24億元收購宏利人壽

【黃國棟、陳瑩欣／台北報導】中信金控（2891）今天下午至證交所說明，以7.24億元收購宏利人壽，這是中信金繼收購大都會人壽（現更名為中國信託人壽）後，第二家購併的壽險公司，中信金控資深副總經理高麗雪表示，中信金子公司中信人壽取得宏利人壽之後，將可獲得完整業務員團隊、 擴大營運規模並增加營運績效，且增加業務員的銷售通路、強化通路競爭優勢。目前中信人壽並無業務員，以銀行通路和電話行銷通路為主，如今購併宏利人壽後，將新增壽險業務員的通路。

宏利人壽台灣分公司是在1992年成立，提供的商品主要以投資型商品、健康險、分紅保單等，而業務員銷售主力則著重投資型商品，目前約有1104位員工。
