施耐德電機擬斥資50億美元併購Invensys

英國工廠控制設備供應商Invensys證實已收到施耐德電機(Schneider Electric)併購提議，該公司目前正在評估施耐德的報價，尚未決定接受或拒絕併購邀請。

據彭博社報導，施耐德提議的價碼為每股505便士，其中現金佔319便士，新股佔186便士，交易總值為33億英鎊或50億美元。去年Invensys也曾一度是艾默生電氣(Emerson Electric)的收購對象，不過後來沒有成局。

Invensys股價11日上揚2.1%至440.1便士，折合市價約值28.7億英鎊。至於法國施耐德電機，若以當日收盤價計，市值為322億歐元。
