中華電信家用wifi的問題（急！）

想請問一下～
昨天我們家剛來裝中華電信家用wifi,89元的那種（（應該都一樣吧
昨天我的電子辭典（可上網的那種）我媽的手機我爸的手機都搜尋的到,也可以用.
可是今天用的時候是連搜尋都搜尋不到,完全沒出現咱們家的網路名稱.
也打電話過去問了,也設定過了,中華電信的人也說完全正常.
可是就是收不到.
爬文也爬過了別人都是搜尋的到連不到,那就算了.
可是問題是現在連搜尋都搜尋不到.
我們家有人要爆發了.......
會是手機的問題嗎？？因為我的電子辭典也出過這種問題.
我媽的手機是moto的ME525+.
