比利時史上首位 阿爾貝二世國王721退位

比利時國王阿爾貝二世(Albert II)於於台灣時間4日凌晨12點發表全國演說，宣布將於國慶日7月21日退位，並將王位傳給53歲的菲利浦（Philippe）王子。

現年79歲的阿爾貝二世，於1993年8月9日宣誓即位，成為比利時自1830年獨立以來的第6位國王，下個月就位滿20週年，他是比利時史上第1位退位的國王。
