可是他這次卻回信給我這樣的內容而且信用卡也刷過了

可以請有購買經驗的人幫我解答一下 除了跟他們用電話聯絡(那邊應該沒有會講中文的員工吧?)之外
寫MAIL給他們要怎麼請AF把我的訂單取消 或者是 要查詢目前貨物為什麼還沒寄來?

因為查其他有關AF線上購買不成功的案例都說寫MAIL給AF都很慢才回信
是真的嗎@?
