農地貸款可以貸嗎?

最近有個投資案太完美, 想借個80W套利

依希記得因為長孫身份, 好像祖父有留塊地給我,都是聽媽說

我有塊地,可能名字是我的,小孩子時期聽聽也沒什麼用,長大了想說也不能收柤金

是有給遠親去農作(但沒收租金),也不太可能賣掉,好像很虛沒什麼意義,終於
想到拿來借錢生錢

結論 可以用來貸款生錢套利 , 不綁約的可以嗎
