菸酒公司板橋地上權案 23日開標

為加速活化資產，昨日台灣菸酒公司正式獲財政部核准成立資產營運管理處，首件處理標的是菸酒公司板橋地上權案，預計下周五（5月23日）上午10點開標，權利金底價為12.37億元。菸酒公司董事長徐安旋表示，此次應該可以順利標脫。

此案招商顧問的高力國際表示，板橋地上權案詢問熱度高，但年初因壽險業拿不到金管會的投資許可，無法投標，在上述因素已排除，下周五成功標脫機會高。

板橋地上權案位於新板特區、區位優越，距五鐵匯集的板橋車站僅3百公尺，極具開發潛力。估計開發後租金報酬率為4％，稅前股東權益報酬率為5.84％。

「時機成熟！」菸酒公司認為地上權市場趨於熱絡。
