【短片】自然捲「太超過」　女童被威脅退學

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國佛羅里達州一名12歲女童凡達可(Vanessa VanDyke)，天生有自然捲，而且捲度極高，上周她被迫面臨退學威脅，讓她相當難過。不過昨日學校改口，表示願意讓凡達可繼續上學。

凡達可說，她知道自己的自然捲，讓她在這間私立學校內變得與眾不同，甚至成為同學們嘲笑的對象。不過她表示，這些嘲笑都還不至於讓她沮喪，讓她最難過的，是學校竟然以「頭髮太捲影響其他學生」為理由，逼迫她燙成直髮或剪短，要不然就必須退學。

凡達可的母親說，當時入校時，學校同意不會把凡達可的頭髮問題納入入學考量，但現在又在她的頭髮上做文章，讓她相當不滿。該新聞在本周一被報導出，昨日學校改口，表示凡達可能繼續上學，並表示校方不會在意她的自然捲，也不會逼她改髮型。
