【湯寶隆／高雄報導】向海協會長陳德銘座車丟擲紅茶紙袋的研究生莊程洋，遭方留置1個半小時，警方依社會秩序維護法開罰，莊程洋在中午12時30分獲釋。
 
莊離開時，刻意戴上口罩，記者趨前詢問動機及其目的時，莊不願多談，只說「該說的我都在現場說了｣，隨後在律師及友人的陪同下，搭車離去。
