暖身不足！單車假日長征　男日騎150公里突「跛腳」

〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕單車環島風行，不少人迷上「長征」挑戰自我，暖身不足，當心無法行走！門診一名40歲的男性白領上班族，為彌補平時沒時間運動，假日最愛長途騎自行車，沒想到，上個月跟著自行車隊一日苗栗、台北往返150公里，騎到半途，膝蓋外側開始不適，騎越遠越痛，隔天無法行走，就醫才知罹患「髂脛束摩擦症候群」。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/NM5JSvrz-UQ" height="1" width="1"/>
