空曠地區3公里上下沒問題，有牆阻擋的話，1-2公里也可以稍微專業些的，就不論一對買了，單台1000上下，5公里左右，頻道選擇餘地也大，音質也好再好一些的進口品牌，2000-4000上下，頻道更寬，不過注意，某些頻道需要申請執照，10公里也有可能，不過不能有高大建築物遮擋，否則大大縮短通信距離。專業的就不是手持的了，是背負式的，加長天線的話，20公里上下也可，建築物少的地區或者在山頂上，30公里也有可能
