大陸國債期貨上市交易進入倒計時，根據證監會新聞發言人透露，國務院已於近日同意開展國債期貨交易，證監會將會同有關部委，統籌國債期貨上市前的各項準備工作，完成這些工作預計需要約2個月時間。意味著，大陸國債期貨最快將於9月中旬上市交易。

大陸近期貨幣市場利率波動，銀行間市場流動性一度出現緊張，債券市場和股票市場波動也較大。部分市場人士對於推出國債期貨可能導致明顯分流股市資金、影響股市走勢心存疑慮。對此，證監會新聞發言人表示，國債期貨的推出並不會導致上述情況發生。

大陸股市8日開低走低，截至10:00左右，上證指數報1961.52點，下跌2.28%；深證成指報7688.86，下跌2.13%。證券指標股全面走低，西部證券(002673.SZ)、方正證券(601901.SH)、東吳證券(601555.SH)、國海證券(000750.SZ)跌逾3%，東北證券(000686.SZ)等近十檔跌逾2%。

國債期貨為國際金融市場成熟、簡單的利率衍生產品，是管理國債價格波動的基礎工具。2012年大陸發行國債約1.39兆元(人民幣,下同)，去年底國債餘額約7.42兆元，居亞洲第二位、世界第六位，約占GDP的14.3%。
