小弟超容易緊張這毛病 已經跟隨我快30年了 一緊張起來 會慌 一慌什麼事都做不好 因此常常出包 工作都做不久 但我就是沒辦法阿 克制不住心裡的緊張 可能從小生長環境都處於家暴的關係(父->母) 導致長大個性都變得很敏感 很緊張 不知道有人像我一樣的嗎 要怎麼克服緊張阿`~~~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.147.238
