史諾登揭密後 美加強安全查核

（法新社華盛頓23日電） 電腦技術員史諾登（Edward Snowden）揭發美國監控電話和網路的計畫，美國國家安全局（NSA）今天說，此舉迫使當局強化對類似職位的系統操作員的安全查核。

國家安全局局長亞歷山大（Keith Alexander）接受美國廣播公司電視網（ABC）訪問時說，國安局正在全面檢討作業方式，更嚴密監控類似史諾登的承包公司雇員。

亞歷山大說，史諾登是國安局電腦系統管理員，通過絕對機密的安全查核，他背叛國家，「竊取某些我們的機密」，從國安局帶走大批資訊，從夏威夷基地逃到香港。

他說，史諾登竊取機密一事，事發前沒有任何警訊，國安局正全面檢討，希望能防範類似事件再度發生。

陸軍上將亞歷山大說：「很清楚地，制度沒有發揮應有作用。」

他說：「我們現在正採取若干行動，使我們能追蹤我們的系統管理員，看他們做了什麼，看他們存了些什麼。」他說，國安局正在落實一項「兩人合作」的作法。（譯者：中央社郭中翰）
