過腰長髮該如何保養?

我的頭髮很長(超過腰)
髮尾多少有點乾燥分岔
頭髮偏細 所以不是很大撮
沒染過也沒燙過

我有在髮尾用潤髮還有擦保濕
分岔也會時不時去修掉一些
所以乾燥是不會很嚴重

因為值青春期吧
頭髮靠近頭皮會比較油
如果一天不洗就會抓狂

問題來了
會不會因為天天洗頭造成髮尾乾澀?
但如果我不天天洗頭我又很不舒服
那我該?

(洗髮精有依照個人需求使用
而不是整個家都共用同樣的)
