重機出租注意事項

考上大型重機駕照後大家都會很想趕快跨上重機出遊,但最近看到前輩有提到,有人去租賃公司租重機,不甚雷殘,結果賠了十幾二十萬,這對平民小老百姓是個很大的負擔
我想了解,從一開始去租賃公司,除了了解租車的時間,金額外還須注意哪些契約書上有或沒有的事項?
如保險(意外事故怎麼賠?倒車雷殘?)......
之前問到一間租賃店表明: "凡是有執照的租賃公司,重機一律沒有保險,出事只能幫你壓低價格而已"
這有點.......如果租下去會很心驚膽戰吧?
