拒測可強制抽血 北市1男子只好配合酒測

為了防止駕駛藉由拒測規避公共危險罪刑責，警政署昨天捕破網，訂出拒測處理原則，也就是遇到駕駛疑似酒駕拒測，先開罰九萬元，再強制抽血，新措施也在昨天晚上開始執行。

由於已經強力取締六天，加上可強制抽血，可能發揮嚇阻作用，酒駕狀況已經大幅改善，昨天晚上到今天凌晨甚至有酒測攔檢點並沒有發現酒駕違法情形。不過，還是要拒測的個案，台北市警方昨天深夜十一點，在內湖康寧路攔截一名中年男子，男子酒味很重又拒測，員警開罰扣車，並帶回派出所，經過告知不配合就要強制抽血之後，男子才配合，結果酒測值達0.64，因此，被依公共危險罪移送法辦。

至於，新措施實施之後，整個拒測和取締的情況，警政署也將在上午公布詳細的統計。
