30P 17年中古屋基礎工程報價請教

大家好

小弟因為最近急力再努力找尋裝潢的各資訊

目前已經請一組木工的師傅協助幫忙找尋他熟識的泥做水電師傅

目前得到一組報價

但光泥做跟水電全部重拉以及廁所兩間重做磁磚等等就要35萬

這樣已經吃到一大部份的預算了

想確認一下這樣的報價是否算合理??

補充幾點
室內是30P的大小

一間廁所大約是240CM*150CM另一間是130CM*200CM

重新做的牆面370*300的大小
