Spotify登台 KKBOX以在地音樂曲數較多迎戰

「串流音樂服務」近年超越「單曲下載」模式，成為數位音樂服務的主戰場，Google、蘋果等開始搶進外，歐美服務商也往亞洲市場進攻，歐洲最大串流音樂服務商Spotify將在24日宣布進軍台灣，KKBOX在本地市場將添勁敵。

KKBOX營運長李明哲表示，KKBOX較符合本地市場需求，不怕外商的挑戰。KKBOX近年因也積極發展亞洲各國市場，目前與Spotify在亞洲市場正面交鋒，並未感受到嚴重衝擊。李明哲認為，亞洲數位音樂市場習性和歐美不同，由於亞洲盜版音樂仍較多，除了日本以外，Spotify的「免費」的正版音樂模式受盜版影響，在亞洲未必討好。

同時，李明哲認為，KKBOX與亞洲唱片公司、音樂相關版權授權機構等已建立較穩固的合作關係，東南亞各國的當地音樂曲庫都很充足，而Spotify仍以歐美音樂較多，雙方目標客群重疊性不大，有信心KKBOX在亞洲、台灣市場維持成長。
