CPI3％才開基本工資審議會　勞團批違法

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今天核定基本工資調整案，明年每小時基本工資調整至115元、每月基本工資調整至19273元，方案也提及明年1月1日起，「年度消費者物價指數(CPI)年增率累計達（含）3％以上時，再行召開下一次基本工資審議委員會。」也就是未來不再每年召開工資審議委員會，須達到上述條件才有調整工資的機會。

台灣勞工陣線秘書長孫友聯質疑，政院趁亂靜悄悄核定此案，但工資審議辦法中明白規定每年第3季應召開基本工資審議委員會，沒有任何但書，方案中設下年度CPI累計達3％以上再召開下次基本工資審議委員，是「自始違法」。

孫友聯更批評，如從明年1月1日起計算CPI年增率，要到第3年才能看到結果，「等於基本工資實際被凍漲3年，這是確保馬英九總統任內不會再漲基本工資」；同時，如經濟成長率(GDP)8％、CPI為2.99％，卻不能召開基本工資審議委員會檢討工資，這樣合理嗎？
