網友噓豆導：明知故犯

鈕承澤帶大陸籍攝影師曹郁矇混進入左營軍港，拍攝軍事設施的行為，除引發網友撻伐，也可能觸法，律師邱靖貽指出，帶大陸籍人士進入軍區過程中如有填寫資料不實，可能觸犯偽造文書罪刑法二一五條，如果大陸籍攝影師勘景有拍攝記錄的動作，更可能觸犯刑法一一一條的外患罪。

昨天網路上一片罵聲，豆導在臉書上道歉後，網友罵得更用力，有人表示要怒噓他，因為他是明知故犯，想替自己合理化；有人強調，不管是大陸籍或其他國籍，國家安全不能打折！

網友還指豆導是「叛國罪」、「偽造文書」、「知道他拍片資金哪來了」，還有人情緒性地說「只好用下載來支持豆導的偷雞行為」、「應該拒看爛人爛電影」等等。

雖然電影人常常抱怨公共場所或軍事基地很難借到景拍攝，電影文化也經常被捧得高高在上，但拍片真的有偉大到無視軍區規定與國防安全？這次事件或許可給電影界一個反思的機會。
