各位姐妹大家好~ 不知道前幾天的女生路跑大家有沒有共襄盛舉呢：） 自從被男友拉著一起跑步之後， 體力開始變好， 皮膚整個狀況也好很多， 真是很好的一項運動呢^^ 開始路跑之後， 其實我就非常想問大家， 在路跑時擦的防曬是哪一罐， 我開始跑的時候是開始入秋，可以包緊緊的時候XD 但現在豔陽高照，包緊緊會中暑阿=.= 尤其是路跑活動幾乎都在白天 想在這裡請問各位姐妹們， 妳跑步／運動時， 過五關斬六將，通過妳地獄級防汗防油測試、 最喜歡的防曬愛將是哪一罐呢？ 又，有沒有哪一罐讓妳曬黑過XD 我分享我自己的： 愛將：ALLIE 藍蓋 SPF 50 pa+++ 曬黑：安耐曬 金蓋 Orz 最近口袋名單：曼秀雷敦 清爽水潤 SPF 50（白條銀蓋 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.193.128
