標題[討論] 大甲收費站北邊的「動T吧」

在國道三號大甲收費站，北邊一公里處，有一個彩色的LED廣告T吧（電視牆） 我是附近的居民，晚上去頂樓晾衣服的時候，就覺得超亮的 覺得是個光害，但是T吧上寫他是「合法電視牆」.. 我很少晚上開上高速公路，無法體會這個亮度到底有多強， 而且常常有炫光，一定會影響視線（就像對向車道閃遠光燈一樣） 想請問大家「這個動T吧真的合法嗎？」 PS：其實，看起來生意不大好，沒有人要托播廣告，都是自己的廣告。 之前還停播了一陣子，想不到復出的時候，亮度更強。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.51.223
