美利達去年營收獲利雙創新高 通過配發5.5元股息

上市自行車品牌廠美利達(9914-TW)今天召開股東會，通過去年財報每股稅後盈餘8.17元，而對於去年的股利配發案方面，美利達股東會決議對於去年獲利配發現金5.5元。

上市自行車品牌廠美利達(9914-TW)今天召開股東會，通過去年財報每股稅後盈餘8.17元，而對於去年的股利配發案方面，美利達股東會決議對於去年獲利配發現金5.5元，對美利達的此一去年股利發放案，與巨大(9921-TW)的股利打成平手。

而美利達經股東會通過的2012年合併財報營收為243.78億元，稅後盈餘23.11億元，每股稅後盈餘為8.17元，對於去年股利的配發案，美利達股東會28日並敲定對於去年股利配發5.5元現金股息，形成美利達去年獲利及股利雙雙創下歷史新高。

同時，美利達在2013年的第1季財報部分，美利達2013年首季的每股稅後盈餘為2.38元，則較去年同期成長34.46%。

美利達在2013年第1季自行車出貨量為51萬台。
