照片有辦法清除修圖程式的馬賽克或卡通圖案

我以前有些照片沒什麼自信 一些口鼻阿 或某個角度會用nEOiMAGING修改
加上那種小圖案之類的或打馬賽克
5年前沒有智慧手機的時候 有用過某牌手機看照片那些加上去的圖案都會不見
爾後有時候用電腦lag也會 先顯現出原圖 那些附加的才會慢慢顯現出來
所以應該是可以去除的吧?
中間有一次電腦中毒重灌 一推存的照片都沒了
只剩下有上傳到網路的那種有修的照片
有些都是一年一年拍的累積上來的懷念照片
請問這些應該有辦法把那些附加的遮擋的卡通圖案去除吧
我當時是用 nEOiMAGING改的
