研究所不想去辦休學，不去繳錢直接被退學會怎樣嗎?

現在大概念到碩一尾聲，
之後想先去工作也不打算回來念了
如果要辦休學還要等成績公布我沒時間等
規章上寫"次學期之休學申請得於上學期成績公佈之後而於註冊日前提岀"
可能要等到7月多，之後工作也不一定有時間再回來辦了
加上不太想跑休學流程

如果研究所不想去辦休學，
不去繳錢直接被通知退學會怎樣嗎?
對未來有什麼影響嗎?
(有人說公司會打到學校問???但我面試履歷都是以大學學歷去面試，面試中也對研所提到的不多)

就算我以後再去念在職專班之類的，我也不會需要抵免學分之類的。
