有串證之虞　日月光廠長蘇炳碩收押禁見

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄地檢署偵辦日月光案，檢察官吳明駿約談日月光K7廠廠長蘇炳碩等3名主管後，昨天傍晚以有串證之虞向法院聲請羈押蘇炳碩，法院漏夜開庭審理，於今天凌晨1時裁定蘇炳碩收押禁見。
 
據了解，檢方偵辦日月光涉嫌排放廢水案件連日調閱環保稽查記錄、勘驗並採集檢體送驗，另約談周邊協力廠商後，已將偵查範圍鎖定為故意排放而非過失，但檢察官昨天傳喚廠長蘇炳碩，調查非法排放有毒廢水是否出自高層指示及應負責層級，蘇男供述卻與證人證詞不符，且疑有串證、湮滅證據動作。
 
檢方訊後向法院聲押蘇炳碩，合議庭審理認為蘇男供詞避重就輕，且有串證情形，於凌晨1時裁定准押。
