服貿開放保險業　台聯：拿黃金換賠錢貨

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對兩岸服貿協議開放保險業部分，台聯黨主席黃昆輝今舉行記者會批評，中國僅對台灣開放「機動車交通事故責任強制保險」，服貿協議也僅爭取到中國保監會加速審查的承諾，並沒有實質優惠，但台灣卻開放保險業讓中資來台投資上市公司可持股10%、非上市公司持股15%，可能影響保險業安定，根本是拿黃金換賠錢貨。

台北商業技術學院校長賴振昌表示，「機動車交通事故責任強制保險」在中國保險業不是主流商品，且2009年以後中國保險業者在這一塊每年虧損都達數十億元人民幣以上，且逐年擴大，國內富邦、國泰產險到中國開辦後，今年上半年都虧損，根本只是賠錢貨。
