華航擬搶進廉價航空　長榮航觀望

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】中華航空（2610）董事長孫洪祥接受《華爾街日報》專訪時透露，將跟進新加坡航空（新航）、日本航空（日航）等亞洲同業腳步，切入廉價航空，最快12月公布計畫，可望搶得台灣廉航頭香。
 
孫洪祥透露，華航考慮投資廉航已有4年時間，看好東北亞在台日開放天空協議等自由化腳步下，廉航市場將快速成長。孫洪祥說：「我們不期待初期會有爆炸性成長，但我們不想在這塊市場缺席。」
 
長榮航空（2618）總經理鄭傳義則保守看待廉航效益，暫無切入或降價競爭計畫，將強化航線、改善產品與服務應對。鄭傳義說：「（廉航）對台灣衝擊有限，我們將持續觀望。」
