高鐵新竹站商業區土地 暐順營造得標

交通部高鐵局公告招商的「高速鐵路新竹車站特定區世興段46、47地號商業區開發經營案」已完成綜合評審的甄選作業，由新竹在地的業者暐順營造公司獲得最優申請人資格，並將於今年底前完成簽約作業。

高鐵局今天表示，該基地位於高鐵新竹車站站前第一排，緊鄰台鐵內灣支線六家站，區位條件優越且交通便捷，暐順營造取得50年地上權開發經營案，將投資約30億元建造高103公尺、約2萬4,000坪包括商場百貨、飯店、景觀餐廳及辦公室等使用的複合式商業大樓，預計於2007年初完工營運，將成為新竹高鐵站周邊的新地標，並提升高鐵新竹車站特定區的生活機能。

高鐵局指出，此案開發後，施工階段預計創造就業機會約500人，營運階段增加就業機會約2,500人，並兼具提升高鐵運量、帶動特定區發展，以及增加政府至少約13億元以上的收益等效益。
