【洪振生/屏東報導】一部載著台灣中船員工的交通車昨天由萬丹鄉開往屏東市途中，駕駛座下方突然冒煙起火，所幸後方混凝土車司機發現，馬上告知失火的交通車，車上10多名員工趕緊下車逃過一劫，交通車在10多鐘後付之一炬。
 
經過的民眾也立刻以手機拍下交通車火燒過程，熊熊濃濃竄往天際，車上員工說，司機曾以滅火器撲火，但徒勞無功。失事的交通車每年都有定期保養，一名汽車廠人員研判能是剎車鎖死肇禍，詳因將由消防隊鑑定。
