標題[抱怨] 高雄台華輪的低級

因為下禮拜要去澎湖，致電給台華輪他們表示前七天可以網路購票 早上六點一開賣，我跟我女友就起床馬上訂票 結果他們網路完全一直伺服器繁忙，或是發生錯誤 整個停滯，最好這樣的速度有人訂的到 等到七點整，網路馬上變超級快，我就很開心的操作流程 ...票全部都賣光了..只剩最爛的前座艙，坐七個小時腰會斷掉!! 臥舖艙 頭等艙完全沒了，真的扯到翻 根本是台華輪黑箱作業，後來查了一下文章原來根本訂不到票 我們一般普通的老百姓只能在七天前訂票 感覺就是控制流量不給人家訂啊 太扯 而有跟台華輪簽約的旅行社，只要台華輪確定幾個月後有班次 他們就可以訂票了 完全在耍一般民眾啊..為啥旅行社就可以這麼提前訂票，太誇張了 所以如果高雄人要去澎湖玩，記得要跟某歐旅行社訂 不然現場買票的話，台華輪的員工態度又超差投訴又沒用小心受氣 小小分享!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.187.253.234
