這幾天我有看到一個節目裡有說一個龜息大法15分等於4小時的睡眠很想學看看想來問問看有沒有專業人士指導一下之後有發現說練這個有基本功說沒練好會走火入魔但我什麼都不知想要自學那要怎麼做才可以? (目的是為了讓身體變好一點)
