會計法覆議案 行政院通過

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北10日電）會計法修法惹議，行政院今天舉行臨時院會，通過覆議案，將呈請總統核可，再送立法院。

　　行政院發言人鄭麗文上午在行政院會後記者會表示，行政院長江宜樺指示政務委員薛琦、羅瑩雪邀相關部會共同研議，在未來立法院可能修正會計法第99條之1時，行政院屆時有相對應的準備，希望透過內部研議對未來發票核銷相關爭議有所依循，不再發生類似爭議。

　　立法院5月31日三讀通過修正會計法，讓民代與學者報支經費有條件除罪，引發爭議。總統馬英九6月7日舉行記者會向社會致歉，並將由行政院提覆議。

　　依規定，立法院對行政院移請覆議案，應於送達15天內決議。如為休會期間，立法院應於7天內自行集會，並於開議15天內決議。

覆議案逾期未議決者，原決議失效。覆議時，如經全體立法委員1/2以上決議維持原案，行政院長應即接受決議。1020610
