主任關說竟不解職？　孔文吉籲鄉親：酒駕不要找我！

媒體報導，國民黨立委孔文吉新竹服務處主任張益瑞在替酒駕友人關說，但所長並不買帳，被張嗆：「分局長你不來，我明天就找警政署跟你聯絡。」對此，孔文吉10日澄清，張益瑞是他不支薪的義工，這次事件的確處理過當，但無所謂解職，他說，一直以來都跟鄉親呼籲：「酒駕不要找孔文吉！」

孔文吉說，地方主任一直都很關心選民，但發生酒駕事件，關心都沒用，他也尊重警察，只是鄉親打來不能不處理。

孔文吉表示，當時在派出所的現場狀況、以及張是否嗆聲他不清楚，但是若真的有嗆聲，那的確「不妥」。孔文吉也說，「張益瑞並非公費助理，也沒有支薪，純粹是希望掛名幫忙，因此無所謂要解職的問題」。

「張益瑞是急公好義、古道熱腸的人」，孔文吉說，只是沒想到這是酒駕的案子，現在社會氛圍還有法律都嚴禁酒駕，所以他一直以來都呼籲鄉親：「酒駕不要找孔文吉！」
