台18中埔後庄段 路不平、震很大

阿里山公路中埔鄉後庄段因多次整修，路面極不平整，坐在客運車明顯感到很大的震動，熱心司機向本報投訴，公路總局第五區養護工程處表示，還要等待自來水公司換管後，才能重鋪路面。

自來水公司第五區管理處表示，當地的自來水管因應汰舊換新，從原本塑膠管，改換成堅固且較不易破損的鑄鐵管，同時口徑加大，因應當地用戶迅速增加，但換管經費需等到6、7月才核定下來，一有經費即會儘快施工。

台18線中埔後庄段即中山路五段，從忠義路到中華路之間約1、2公里的路段，長年來多處填補，使得路面極不平整。熱心的客運司機說，這段路開起來，車窗因震動太大，出現很大的噪音，讓乘客受不了，反映很久都沒改善。
