台北市在今(22)天中午還有些許陽光露臉，但天公伯在下午卻又馬上變臉，下起滂沱大雨，不少外出的上班族哀嚎，怎麼說變就變。
氣象局在下午2時50分再度發布豪雨特報，氣象局指出，受滯留鋒面影響，今日下午至明日台灣北部、中南部地區及金門有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，其中中南部山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨發生的機率，東北部地區及澎湖有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲；連日降雨，山區請慎防坍方、落石及土石流。
大豪雨地區：台中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣。
氣象局也提醒，目前西半部地區對流雲系發展旺盛，已有較大雨勢發生，且雨勢持續中，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。
